急!系统无法分配注册表日志中所需空间

上不了网!改虚拟内存也不行!我最大植改的是1500!改注册表编辑HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\RegistrySizeLimit,RegistrySizeLimit没有这个文件!他们说建个管理员权限.具体怎么弄?!?!
