本模块分别为不同的用户设定了不同的登录权限和操作权限。分为系统管理员和普通管理员、业主三个部分。它实现了系统管理员对基本管理、维修业务管理、费用管理和系统管理的操作功能，另外，还实现了业主报修、费用的缴纳和查询等功能，非常适合车辆维修业务的管理，便于使用。
系统采用JSP为编程语言。论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点的说明了系统设计的重点、设计思想、难点技术和解决方案。

Abstract:
Nowadays, society has stepped into the era of information. Society has paid much attention to information, which is regarded as one of the three mainstays (the other two are materials and power source) of societal and scientific technology development. Information is the base of management and the evidence upon which decisions are made. In an organization, information has become the fourth most important thing, following human resource, materials, and financial resource. However, information is intangible and is a new type of resource which is different from traditional resources. Information is also the target of management, meaning that it must be tightly managed and controlled. The management system of vehicle repairmen applies IT on vehicle repair information management; it collects and stores the files and information of vehicle repair, and provides updates and data of vehicle repair information in order to promote efficiency at the workplace.
This module sets up different login and operation privilege respectively for different users. The three main categories are: system administration, common administration, and proprietor. It enables system administrations to control basic management, repair business management, fee management, and system management. In addition, it allows proprietors to order repair services, to pay for the services as well as to look up the current status. This module is very suitable for vehicle repair business's management since it's quite easy to use. The system employs JSP programming language. This article primarily introduces the development background of this topic, the functions to be completed and the process of invention. The emphasis is on the system design, the design concepts, difficulty in technology and solutions.
